While there are still barriers to voting in Bremerton and Port Orchard, our access to the ballot has never been as open as it is this year. Many people fought for many years to open the doors as wide as they are now. It seems foolish to not give those doors a try now.
Electoral politics can be an important tool even if it is not the only tool.
